Gauntt Design Company LLC d/b/a Gauntt Board Company (“GBC,” “we”) runs gbckc.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Orders: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, what you ordered, and any engraving text.
- Forms and chat: what you send us through our contact, inquiry, email-signup, waitlist and gifting forms or the chat window.
- Payments: handled by Square. We don’t see or store your full card number. Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Square too.
- Site use: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived, through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To take, make, ship and support your order, and to calculate sales tax.
- To answer your questions and send what you asked for (for example, a waitlist email when the next run opens).
- To send marketing emails if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
Who we share it with. Only the services that help us run the store: Square (payments), our sales-tax service, HubSpot (forms, email, chat and site analytics), WordPress.com/Jetpack (hosting and site statistics), WooCommerce (our store software, including order-source attribution), and the shipping carriers that deliver your order. We don’t sell your personal information.
Cookies. We and these services use cookies to keep your cart, remember your choices (including a discount code from a link you followed), run the chat and forms, and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout need some of them to work.
Your choices. Email contact@gbckc.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails.

Children. The Site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
