If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping, and cover return shipping. Please keep all original packaging.

Changed your mind? Unused items that aren't custom or engraved can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email contact@gbckc.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

You can cancel a presale order for a full refund any time before it ships — just email contact@gbckc.com with your order number. If we can't ship within the window shown when you ordered (currently 3–4 weeks), we'll email you before that date with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Custom and engraved pieces can be cancelled for a full refund until we start engraving or cutting them. After that they can't be cancelled or returned unless they arrive defective or we made a mistake. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
