Terms of Service

Welcome to gbckc.com (the “Site”), run by Gauntt Design Company LLC d/b/a Gauntt Board Company (“GBC,” “we,” “us”), 5815 Outlook St, Mission, Kansas 66202. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and pricing. We make cutting boards, butcher blocks, Richlite® boards and related goods, cut in our shop in Mission, Kansas. Prices, descriptions and availability can change. If a price or listing is wrong, we’ll tell you before we ship and you can cancel for a full refund.

2. Orders and payment. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. Payment is processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

3. Presale and made-to-order items. Some products (for example, The Richlite Set) are sold on presale and cut after you order. The product page shows the presale price, how long it runs, and the ship window (currently 3–4 weeks from order). Presale orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Custom and engraved items. Engraved and custom pieces are made to your specifications, so please check spelling and artwork before you order. You can cancel a custom or engraved order for a full refund until we start engraving or cutting it; after that it can’t be cancelled or returned unless it arrives defective or we made a mistake.

5. Discount codes. Codes apply only to the products named with them, one code per order, while they are valid. They have no cash value and can’t be applied to past orders.

6. Shipping, returns and privacy. Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

7. Care and use. Our boards are made for food prep and serving. Follow the care instructions that come with your order.

8. Our content. The photos, text, designs, logos and names on this Site belong to GBC and may not be used without our written permission. Richlite® is a registered trademark of Richlite Company.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, GBC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our products or the Site. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by Kansas law. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version on the Site when you order applies to that order.
