Shipping Policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Where we ship. Within the United States. For anything outside the US, email contact@gbckc.com before ordering.

What it costs. Shipping is free on US orders of $199 or more (before any discount code). Orders under $199 ship for a flat $12. You can also pick up any order free at our shop, 5815 Outlook St, Mission, Kansas 66202 — choose “Free pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

When it ships.

• Presale and made-to-order boards (for example, The Richlite Set): cut after you order and shipped within 3–4 weeks of your order date.
• In-stock items: usually ship within 2–5 business days.
• Custom and engraved pieces: we’ll confirm the ship date with your order.

If we’re running late. If we can’t ship within the time we promised, we’ll email you before that date with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Holidays. For Christmas delivery, order presale boards by Sunday, November 29.

Tracking. We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Tell us within 7 days of delivery at contact@gbckc.com, with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it, including shipping. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
